THE BRIEF: Design build and manage the M&S stand at key agricultural shows across the UK, creating an innovative customer experience, hero-ing local suppliers and educating customers. The stand has a demonstration kitchen, farmers lounge, food shop and coffee counter.
MY ROLE: Creating the designs and layout for the M&S tent two years running. This included designing agriculture themed games, designing panels for the outside of the tent and shop area and creating graphics to show customers where their food comes from and what M&S are doing to make their food more sustainable.
THE OUTCOMES: Over 50K customer interactions and £175K taken in the food hall on average each year.
